Lunchtime/Morning Yoga Sessions



Classes can be adjusted to your requirements. They can either be done with mats on the floor for a 1 hour full body workout or in normal office clothes sitting on your chair and standing right in your office.

One-to-one sessions are also available.

Gentle stretching


Hatha Yoga will help to lengthen tight muscles where and when they arise. It helps you to "come out of your head" and into your senses. Yoga asanas increase body awareness and promote a healthier life style.

Loosening the neck, shoulders, back and legs will greatly improve the quality of your life!

Breathing exercises

Pranayama revitalises and fills you with new life. We can take in up to seven times more air when we useour full lung compacity. Pranayama enriches the blood with oxygen, burns up toxins and boosts the immune system. Deep breathing relaxes the heart, helps asthma and purifies the nervous system.

Guided Meditation


We will learn techniques which enable you to cope in situations of extreme pressure. You learn to cope better with stress and become a witness of your mind, gaining more control over your thoughts rather than reacting in an habitual way.

Being more detached from your emotions will enable you to think more clearly, concentrate better and improve your memory with regular practice.
