What does a treatment involve?


After a short consultation and a possible postural assessment the treatment will be tailor made for your specific needs. Holistic Massage

You will be asked to undress down to your underwear and lie on a couch.

Your tense muscles will then be relaxed with stroking, kneading, wringing and percussion movements as well as deep pressures and gentle stretches.

Oil is used to avoid friction and to nourish the skin. You can just relax and let go of your worries.

A session can last anything from ½ hour to 2 hours.
